“FRAUD do not order from this site!”

I placed an order and was charged as soon as I placed the order (normal). I haven't received a shipping confirmation or any correspondence from the company after 2 emails. There is no customer service phone number, no Facebook account, no way to contact! Do your research before ordering, as I'm out $250 and without a dress. Terrible customer service and they clearly do not abide by their 3-4 day shipping.
