I placed an order 12/29/15 and paid $10 for "standard shipping". I have yet to receive this order, and the date is now 1/12/16. A woman I work with placed an order 1/7/16 and paid $10 standard shipping as well. She received her order this morning. Where is my order? Why, if my order was placed 5 days before hers, have I STILL not received my order? We ordered the same products, and we have the same exact postal code.
I contacted customer service who did absolutely nothing for me but tell me the status of the tracking information, which I could look up myself.
EXTREMELY irritated with this company and their lack of taking accountability when they screw up. I will NEVER order from them again.
***UPDATE***
I received the product yesterday 1/14. Product is in good condition and what I expected. The shipping was the only issue with this.
