Couldn't make my reservations because of a blizzard in Chicago. So I cancelled my reservation since my flight was cancelled. Called them to ask about a refund and they said no. That I didn't cancel before the cut off time.
No $#*!s given that it was totally out of my control. Shame on them for not considering weather and cancelled flights for their customers. I'm out over $500…
Tip for consumers: Awful company policies that do not consider weather or flight cancellations.
Products used: None. Nor will I ever use Hilton again. Horrible customer service.
