Bought two outfits. It took 3 weeks for them to arrive. They are terrible quality and do not fit. The small is too big and the medium is too small. It was IMPOSSIBLE to return and get a refund. No one ever responded to my many emails. There is no phone number to contact customer service. And the online chat for customer service is always offline. I feel like such a fool for wasting $50. I will always check websites before purchasing from them in the future.

I absolutely love zazzle. The have incredible customer service and always promise a satisfaction guarantee, unlike other companies that are similar. They always have a better price than their competitor and its a more pleasant experience from start to finish. I am a zazzle customer for life!
