I received my order and one of the items was incorrect, so I sent an email via the 'Contact Us' link on the site. I got the obligatory 'Your email was received' and was absolutely gobsmacked about 10 minutes later when I received an apology for the misshipped item and they asked for a picture of what I received in error. 15 minutes after THAT, I got communication stating my item had been reordered and I was not required to return the incorrect one. This all happened on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Guys... I got the tracking number for the reorder on Thanksgiving Day. What?!? I have been in Customer Service for 20+ years and when I say OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... you can believe it!
