“NO BUSINESS ETHICS and 0 customer service!”

What a scam! Course Hero locked my account for non-use the summer after classes ended. I could not login to close the account AND Customer Service could not assist with canceling the account unless I could login! They can charge my credit card an annual fee but cannot login to cancel the account?!? Convenient business model! Scam! No way will I ever use this website and I will highly discourage colleagues from using Course Hero as well! Wish I would have read reviews before I lost 2 fraudulent annual fee charges.
