I purchased a large order from this Joanns in Franklin, TNand was told they didn't have the people to put the merchandise out. When I picked up in store 3/4 of it was not there. I paid using another party, now I can't get a refund for items I didn't get. They do not answer their customer service number. The manager hung up on me twice because she could t figure out how to place the phone on hold. All I want is my money back for the items they did t have and no one will help! I will never ever shop Joann's online or in store ever again!

Tip for consumers:
Just because they have the merchandise online doesn’t mean they have it in the store. Even though I it was new spring things and their store showed they had over 50 in stock!
