After receiving a pair of shoes that were too big I ordered another in a smaller size the same day I received the first pair. I did this because of time constraints; the length of time it would take to send back the original pair and receive the new pair ran a great chance of leaving me without shoes for too long. When I contacted Customer Service and spoke with a Supervisor, he told me I had to pay to return the first pair even thou I ordered another pair in a smaller size... Why they refused to send a return slip blows my mind! I wasn't asking for a credit until they received the returned item-all they needed to do was send me the label as they would have if I sent them back on the same day I ordered the replacement... This is not a unreasonable request. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in online shopping. At this point I would rather pay to return both pairs vs giving them my business. I will never buy from them again.
