If you "confirmed" the order has been re-shipped, why does the customer need to give you their order number after the fact? How did you re-ship an order, if you didn't have the order number you requested? Doesn't make sense unless you're just replying in that manner to make it look rectified, and in actuality, didn't re-ship anything.
Sorry for any misunderstanding. As the customer said" I reached out to them and was informed that it was sent back to them and they were going to reship it no." Usually we had reshipped if we replied to our customer like this. Thanks for your kind understanding.
