This company is a complete SCAM!
I send in 42 pieces of clothing. Never worn BR blouses (with the tags) two brand new lululemon yoga tops (with tags) new slacks, Loft dresses, Jcrew dresses (with tags) Patagonia hiking tops, the list goes on and on.
Items were never returned, no communication from the company and the "chat" function that they require you to use never works! There is never anyone online or available.
If you decide to attempt (and I say that loosely) to sell your clothing with them, photo catalog EVERY piece.
Otherwise you run the risk of getting scammed-much like other reviewers!
Very expensive but all pieces I have purchased are high quality and have held up for many years.
I have two sets of toiletry bags, 2 coin purses and a pill box.
Contemplated purchasing a handbag but the costs are a bit high.
