I have purchased MAC products from stores like Ulta or Sephora before, I'm satisfied with the quality of some of their products. When I made my first few purchases through MAC directly, one of my orders got lost and I reached out to the delivery company and they told me to reach out to the vendor to see what options are available because, pretty much my package was lost. So I reached out to MAC to see what they can do, keep in mind I put my order in on November 24th so that I can get it in time for the holidays to be able to wrap it up and gift it. 4 days ago they said they would ship a replacement, they never did. When I reached out to them today to see if they just forgot to notify me that they shipped the replacement, I was told that I would get an email when the replacement was shipped. I put in an order yesterday, completely separate, and that order got shipped on the same day. So they're giving priority to new orders but things that people should have gotten so long ago because they were maybe going to gift it, those customers don't seem to matter to them at all.
