“Absolute catastrophe! Don't use”

Try for 5 days to rebook a flight, they are not able to. Got already two times a wrong offer with the wrong destination.
After lengthy discussions in the chat I got a phone number of the customer service, after a robot for about 10 min you finally reach an assistant who is incapable, unfriendly and hangs up with every difficult question!
Awful! Don't use this platform and save your energy for something useful.
