I ordered a pair of boots for my son it's been almost 9 days and it's still saying the label has been created. My order is nowhere near close to being delivered and they don't even send a courtesy email.

It’s been almost ten days and I don’t want to refund my order because I’ll have to wait another ten days while this company collects interest off my money sitting in there account
I tried to log into my account to no avail someone said they would help me they were experiencing technical difficulties I had to take an exam after figuring out the exam myself hours later they called me the next day after the order was placed telling me I had to take another 20 dollar exam there hacks with contacts don't bother

“Same thing happened to Mr, they tried to make me take an extra exam because I wanted avuvue dailies instead of biweekly lenses. The eye doctor doesn't make you do that so why would they?”
