Ordered a board for a Patriot gate opener thinking that it would work in my system from GateCrafters. Got an Email from Web Direct Brands saying the part was backordered by a week or two. Did not know who Web Direct Brands was. Received the board a week and half later and knew when I opened the box it would not work. Contacted the company, Web Direct Brands, for a return and they said that per company policy they do not take returns of boards. They sent me a link to their return policy. Had to read the fine print over and over again to find the words of "electrical parts" as not returnable. If you are going to order from this shady group, better triple check that what you want will absolutely work and is the right part. Never have had an issue returning wrong parts before. Be warned.
Tip for consumers:
All of the fine print in their return policy and that you are not dealing with the actual company that you thought you were when you made the order. I would have never been able to find the small print of electrical items in their return policy. That should be front and center on the site. Very deceitful practices and should be avoided by all at all costs.
