1. I purchased a tonneau cover and a Bedrug.
2. Delivery is not fast. Took several weeks to receive the tonneau cover.
3. Bedrug did not work out well and I was surprised how ready Realtruck was to accept a return and provide a FedEx shipping label at no cost.
4. I re-ordered a different Bedrug that worked well.
5. In sum, not the fastest delivery but very good and helpful customer service.

1. Purchased tonneau cover and BEDRUG.
2. Delivery: BEDRUG arrived with a few days. Tonneau cover took a few weeks.
3. Tonneau cover arrived (FedEx) with a pretty good tear/dent in the box. Tonneau cover was dented on the inside but does not "show up" on the top so I decided not to return.
4. BEDRUG. After receiving and wanting to install, I contacted REALTRUCK for counsel since I have a Line-X bed spray. They recommended that I not install it on and welcomed a return.
5. REALTRUCK provided me with a FedEx label (no charge) and the BEDRUG should be picked up in a day or two.
6. All in all, they were responsive, very kind on the phone, and very helpful.

I was an early adopter and purchased a life time subscription. 1. Tech support is not easy to achieve and when they respond, step by step instructions are impossibly complicated. 2. autofill feature is a disaster. 3. auto generated passwords are a mess and most sites will not accept the auto generated passwords. 4. even with cloud backup / sync, it fails 90% of the time across devices all in the same eco system. 5. I have to exit and restart my computer several times a day due to StickyPassword. In a word, find another password protector and more should submit legitimate reviews to force them to fix the myriad of issues.

I've purchased 2 Leap V2 chairs (1 leather, 1 cloth), 4 Think Stools, and 1 Think chair. The Think Chair arrived with a failing hydraulic piston. Unable to replace / repair the lift mechanism, Madison Seating offered to replace it without charge. Other than some delay in email responses, I've appreciated their pricing and service.
