I've been working with Unique Mechanics and their CEO directly for over 5 years.
He's always paid his bills on time, he's always kept his promises, and when I order other brands items from the site, they always get filled within a reasonable amount of time.
I think that Amazon.com has corrupted people's perception of realistic B2C customer service and shipping time, and you have to remember, not all product is always on-site with websites, often times they must rely on other warehouses to fulfill the orders.
I believe in Unique Mechanics and know that their CEO & Customer Service manager will call vendors, customers, and everyone in between to give you a great brand experience, because they've bugged the heck out of me when I let their customers down on a fulfillment side.
Don't knock it til you try it.
