I placed a small order of 100 pens which came damaged with ink everywhere which likely happened in shipping. When I contacted customer service they treated me like I was trying to scam them. I provided pictures of the damage and ink covered pens but that was not enough. They wanted me to send the pens back (understandable) but would not provide a refund or replacement without an investigation on their end. I said I was not comfortable sending the pens back without reassurance that they would be replaced/refunded which they were unwilling to do.
