The quality is awful, cheap felt that you would expect from a costume shop, the hat came in a plastic bag through shipping and arrived totally deformed. Customer service will not give a refund even though the hat they sent was deformed and the wrong color. It also took over a month to arrive. Terrible experience. DOnt waste your money

Hi Michael. We have more than 200 different hats in our store from $19 (vegan felt) to $89 (Australian wool) and the quality is always awesome for the price. All our hats are made to be foldable and there is a metal wire inside the brim. You can simply model it with hands at your desired shape.
