The absolute worst payment service. Sadly, if any property is using this service, then you should AVOID THEM AS WELL. I will never rent at any property using this broken payment "service." MRI payment is the absolute worst in support and functionality. Call or use the online support system they state is open 7am to 12am 7 days a week! That is a bold-faced LIE. Your account will regularly be de-activated and they will direct you to your property and guess what? They cant do anything about it either. You wont be able to see any charges on your account on the site or the app due to the broken functionality. This system is an absolute scam and property management that refuses to use a different system should be avoided like the plague. I asked for copies of what my charges were and it took 3 months to get anything back from the upper management system, THEY HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGING. Obviously this is an issue and the property uses the broken functionality of MRI payment as an excuse but continues to use them. There is a scam in place where both parties can benefit as few renters will go through the trouble of trying to look at their bills instead of just paying what ever charge is sent to their phone.
Again raise awareness of these scammers, be loud. Its hard enough to survive in this economy.
