Being a retired System Engineer I must say that Netgear has the worst support I have ever had. First of all technical support is Level 0 and they pretty much read from a script. They ask you the same questions numerous times without listening to what you said. When you purchase a Netgear product you are pretty much on your own. Better off purchasing from Amazon because at least you can send the product back for an exchange or credit.

The audiologist, Rebeca Kennedy, in Winter Haven, FL location was rude and had no desire to help me. From the very first moment she acted like I was bothering her. Brought me in the back, told me she hadn't had time to look at my chart, without offering to test my hearing stated that the hearing aids would be too expensive and did I really want to pay that. Said she had no time to look up an insurance code. She was mean, obnoxious, angry, and insulting. I will never recommend HearUSA to anyone, especially my community of 937 retired homeowners.

Weather underground not report this morning. If I go to Profile, and My Devices, all 4 of my stations are GREEN and reporting. But when I select the individual PWS it indicated RED (Offline) and no data reporting. Ever since IBM took over Weather Underground support is nonexistent, and site is horrible. I am now using Ambient Weather which is SO much better and reliable and support is great.

Tip for consumers:

Priceline customer support is worthless. I was on a chat for over an hour to just have my email address changed on my account profile and they still couldn't help. I called the hotline number and I couldn't get past the prompt to enter a reservation or phone number. There products may be ok, but support is horrible.

Once again Frontier has proven themselves to be the poor internet provider. Their customer service and technical support are horrible. I've been a loyal Frontier customer for years since the took over from Verizon, even with my whole community pushing to get a bulk rate from Spectrum. I just upgraded to 1Gbps Internet service last week and today the internet and phone are both down. After an hour plus on the phone with support and escalating to her supervisor I will be without Internet and phone for 4 days until they can get a technician here. After showing my frustration to the support person Rachel and her supervisor Damien, his answer was there was nothing he could do about it, and I had to wait. Not the answer I was looking for. I guess no business is accountable these days and customers seem to be last. Very frustrating
