I made several purchases at Luckyland and one purchase for $49 was improperly processed by my bank and declined by no fault of my own. When I found out I immediately contacted customer service and advised them of the bank error and offered to pay it right then by another method or have the payment reprocessed and they told me not to worry about because they show no denials. I tried to explain and make this right and they refused and blew me off. Later when they denial was received by them they recharged my card for the payment and weeks later charged me a $30 fee weeks later was after I advised them of my gambling addiction and closed my account permanently when I lost all my money. So even though I tried to resolve the payment before it was an issue and was blown off and even though they knew I was suffering from addiction and was broke, took another $30 from me to add insult to injury and further bankrupt me. What kind of company would do that knowing all these facts. What else are they capable of doing?
