We had many issues with features and function of our website. In July we decided to switch to their competitor, We notified Mopro via and email address of the person we were told to communicate with for our account to have it closed. THey never closed it and continued to bill our credit card monthly. When my accountant notified us, we called and closed the account and they refused to refund the money they charged. THey knew wee no longer using their service and continued to charge us.
