If you are booking a trip, this site is great. Wonderful staff that treat you great too, hats off to the group at www.kayak.com I am another satisfied customer :)
They have terrible customer service. Go with a better company like Verizon, AT&T or Sprint. I like Verizon most but Cricket is just awful. Thank you to site jabber for allowing us our right to freedom of speech so we can warn others of some of the awful businesses / sites out there and protect consumers from falling victim. Keep it up Sitejabber, you run a great site :)
