Ordered a replacement camera for my phone. Process was easy enough. When installed the phone had issues with the camera and wouldn't focus so I contacted the Diymobilerepair customer service team. They were nice enough and suggested several cookie cutter fixes (phone reset, phone wipe, ensure camera is seated, etc.) that had no effect on my problem. The problem I found was that the camera had the top corner smashed either during shipping or before. Couldn't see the issue with the protector over it. Diymobilerepairs company policy is "to not issue return shipping labels" even when the issue is not within the customers control. For the cost of shipping I opted just to find another company to do business with and will continue to do so in the future. One star for poor business policies, 2 stars because they tried to be helpful in a timely manner.
