Terrible customer service and piss poor usability (I'm a market researcher and would provide them with a proposal for this - once I calm down - if I calm down).

When do you want to send an electronic e-card? A week out? A month out? I don't know about you but I want to send it out ASAP - otherwise, I would splurge on a stamp and go old school. This is absolutely unintuitive. I don't want the recipients of my thank you cards to have a reply card insert - why the Hell would you offer this anyway? And adding one (1) contact. Good luck with that. For whatever reason, I was never presented with that option.

This shouldn't cause your heart to race. Your pulse shouldn't break 60 bpm. This is easy stuff. Make it so.
