Cheap Caribbean has the worst customer service I have had to deal with in a long time. They made an error and took absolutely no responsibility for that. I booked three rooms (1-Me/Husband; 2-My son/girlfriend; 3-Daughter/Boyfriend.) Instead, they only booked two of them, my children, NOT US WHO PAID FOR THE TRIP!). When they were notified, they took no actions to rectify the situation. The hotel found another room for us, but stated we may have to switch the next day. Which I think is ridiculous, having to unpack, repack, unpack again. Especially after paying $12,000 for this trip. They also made an error with the $500 excursion I pre-booked. They said we took the trip when we weren't even in the country.
They tried to put the blame back on the hotel. But of course the hotel pushed it back onto Cheap Caribbean since we booked our trip through them. The hotel tried to compensate us with entrance to a private beach area. But by the time this was given as an option? We were unable to use it since we had day excursions. And we were given priority to reserve the special restaurants. But of course, that was also messed up since the only booked two of us not the six of us as they knew.
If you want to spend five hours waiting on hold and being disconnected several times along with getting the runaround? Then this must be the company for you. I will never use this company ever again. And I'll make sure everyone I know hears about it.
