I did my order online 12/2/23 a b-day gift for hubby, on 12/10 rcvd email my order has been shipped, with a tracking # that shows NO MOVEMENT at all w/ an eta of 12/11. I sent 4 emails and got zero response. I'm so disappointed looks like I got scammed, they got my money, and no gift for my husband. There is NO CUSTOMER service I'm unable to speak with Noone. Scam Artists!
