Gosh where do I even start with this disaster of a company. I've been using them for about 10 months and have shipped many packages and I don't know why I have kept giving them the benefit of the doubt! Let's see what I can say about them:
1. I've had two damaged items. They don't refund they only claim through the shipping company and you get a refund when they do. It takes months
2. If your parcel is lost they won't look into it for you despite the USPS saying ask the seller to investigate
3. Their fees are extortionate. They started off quite cheap but got more and more expensive.
4. Their pictures are poor. But guess what? You can pay to get better ones…
5. They don't answer emails
6. Most recently I physically could not consolidate a package and then could not ship it due to a failure on the app. They took so long to get back to me despite me constantly messaging that the package began to accrue storage fees. I could do literally nothing about it because I PHYSICALLY could not ship the package. They refused to refund the storage fees and said this is why there is 30 days free. Why? So I can predict that your rubbish app is going to fail? I don't think so.
Do yourself a favour and find another company. Seriously. That's exactly what I'll be doing!
