Ordered an in-stock item, they charged my credit card and sent confirmation email with order number. I kept checking status of order number, which reflected pending. Week later I happened to look at my credit card statement and saw FansEdge refunded my account the day after I placed the order. They NEVER told me they canceled the order. Called customer service (since order status still reflects "pending" on their site) and she confirmed my order was canceled - apparently they ran out of the item after charging my credit card. So - if you want to know if they canceled your order, you apparently have to check your credit card statement. I guess on the plus side, they did issue an immediate refund, which is why I have them 2 stars instead of 1.
Hello Michelle, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that your order was cut and refunded. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. The item selected was a manufacturer direct item. Upon time for item to be shipped, our warehouse was informed that the item was out of stock. An email was sent on 12/7/2018 advising that at the time the item was out of stock.
