I joined this site seeing all the positive feedback and after going back and forth researching. I joined.
This app: program has more then I even knew it offered.
Easy to navigate, easy plans, the workouts are a bit quick in steps to allow for time to get off the floor and get into a standing position. But I'm hoping in time, it'll get easier.
Food log, it's simple and accurate.
Extras for menus and meal planning.
