We ordered cleats, size 9 in Women's. They sent us a size 9.5 mens, then refused the return due to the mailing label on the box. Said they were worn which is impossible as they dont even fit! They're men's cleats. They kept our money. Will not use again. Be cautious

They do not refund and said cleats were worn which was false. Cleats were never worn as they sent us a men's cleat 9.5 instaed of a womens cleat size 9.
