I have been banking with First Bank for over a year mainly because it was close to my job. It is a small bank with limited business hours. You pay very low bank fees but you don't have the service that you receive from bigger banks. My only complain is that there are not enough branches and they need to improve customer service.

If you are not happy within the first 30 days, all you have to do is contact them and you get your full money back, or so they say. I contacted them 10 days before the 30-day trial period ended and it is taking over 3 week to get my money back. I am still waiting for that to happen. Great customer service, clean and safe. If you need to drop-off your loaded or empty trailer or if you need your expensive load to be in a safe parking lot, this is it. This place is near the Otay Mesa border. They have free shuttle to the border in case you need to run over the border for medicine or to eat real Mexican food. I have used this parking service for well over two years, no complain so far. The only negative is that they only take cash, but your equipment will be safe and ready when you come back to pick it up.

Next time I would rather go out and have a face-to-face free attorney consultation. This is what I get for being lazy. I paid almost $50 for a one sentence answer.
