“IM DONE WITH EVER ORDERING FROM THEN AGAIN!”

I ordered a navy blue NY Rangers hat, and they sent me the same hat, but in royal blue. I also ordered a NY Rangers official game puck, and they case it came in was all cracked! I don't have a photo of the hat, but I have some of the cracked case. Order number: 107-7121-3767

The first picture is what I ordered. The second is the ugly one that arrived. And this happened...
