Responding with lies and trying to shame my name is another prove that this company is a scam. I have all the emails that I contact them and all they said to do. I follow the instructions and also pack the chip in the original box just as I received it (I always keep records with all companies and original boxes for this reason). See attached pics of emails.
Tip for consumers:
Any website that does not have a physical address is a scam. Anyone that responds back with lies is also a scam and tries to shame the consumer instead of resolving the issue. What I have to gain when I spend time and write a bad review if is not true? To warn other consumers. Avoid companies like this one.

Performance Chip
I bought their chip that promise to deliver more horsepower and more economy for my RAV4. I follow their instructions to leave the chip for 2 weeks in so it can "learn" my driving habits. Nothing! I actually keep it for 3 weeks just to make sure and had no effect on miles or power. I think that actually slow it down a bit. And my economy from the usual 27 mpg when down to 24! On top of that when I return the product (had to pay shipping for $11.15) and they charge me restocking fee of 15%. On their website they have a 100% Money Back Guarantee; This is just a scam. People beware! Any company that charges restocking fees and does not have a physical address is a scam. So buyers beware and stay clear!

Did not work as advertise even after 3 weeks on my car. It actually decrease the performance of the vehicle. Send back paying for my own shipping ($11.15) and they also charge me restocking fee of 15%. their website states 100% money back. Not a company to do business with!

This buyer returned the product way past the return policy, scratched, scraped, missing retail box and was not charged 15% restocking fee. He is not being honest with his review so he has been reported. He did not contact us first for assistance and went straight to this review site to attack our company.

This person is a troll, and is very creepy called almost everyday, harassing our staff. Has been abusive on the phone with our staff threatening lawsuit, but he's real nice on emails.
