When you give them your cc# to pay the $2-5 fee that you think is to get an answer to your question, you are actually signing up for a subscription and they immediately take another $39 from you, whether you are aware of it or not, or whether you consent or not.
They distract you by switching from online chat to texts and hide the fine print.
No refunds.
What a disgusting, unethical business.
There are very few legitimate roles for government. This should be one of them. But, of course, they don't care about companies ripping people off.

Tip for consumers:
Scam company that should be shut down and it's corporate officers arrested and tried for fraud and larceny.

The Garmin name starts correctly, but only the first three letters. Should be Garbage, not Garmin. Overpriced, shoddy electronics with terrible software, hot garbage app, and no support.

Initially, I did receive fewer and fewer spam emails after signing up for SpamCop and forwarding all the spam I received. Unfortunately, they changed their system and stopped having any affect.

RexMD claims they send out orders in one business day. They do NOT. RexMD took my money on 9/4. I received no further contact. I received no product. On 9/6,9/8,9/10 and 9/12 I submitted 3 service requests and three emails. None were answered. On 9/13 I submitted a negative review on TrustPilot. RexMD finally sent me an email, but it was for someone else, with an entire email thread and prescriptional information for another 'patient'. Apparently my information was sent somewhere else, but not to me.
I finally had enough and called RexMD. After waiting on hold about 30 minutes, I told them to cancel the order, cancel the subscription, and delete my information.
They are incompetent, grossly negligent, and violate HIPPA laws.
Do not use RexMD, do not trust RexMD, and tell anybody who asks that they cannot be trusted.
I have filed a complaint against RexMD with the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct for gross negligence.

This is my second set of winter tire/wheel sets I have purchased from TireRack. I got Bridgestone Blizzaks both times and overall my experience was excellent. I received my latest set in time for an impending snow storm and much quicker than I expected. I was able to install them before the first flakes fell.
The rims look fantastic and the tires are great. Driving with snow tires is like playing a video game with cheat codes!

I did, however, have a problem that caused me to waste almost $200. I added TPMS sensors to my order, which were installed as the tires were mounted and balanced. The problem is that they don't work. After calling Tire Rack, I was told that I had to have them reprogrammed by a specialty shop 45 mins. Away.

UPDATE: Changed to 5-stars. The TPMS started working the next morning. My initial test drive lasted 10 minutes, which, evidently, did not give the sensors enough time to synch up. So, in the end, the money I spent for the sensors wasn't wasted.
Their techs gave me incorrect information when they told me I needed to have the system updated by a specialty shop (which they suggested) 45 mins. Away.
So, if you have a Hyundai Kona, don't freak out if the TPMS doesn't work right away.
