We bought a couple pairs of shoes for my Daughter. We went big on their sizing chart thinking that they would be big and she could grew into them. Well. That sizing chart it wrong. The Shoes are too small. And worse, Payless makes you pay to ship them back for a return. This is an effect 40% refund once you take into the cost of shipping. This is unacceptable customer service. DO NOT BUY SHOES from them. There are so many other stores that offer free returns that Payless is paymore in the long run.
Tip for consumers:
If the Shoes don't fit or just don't work, you pay to ship them back. This wipes out any value shopping with them and you are better off using a different online store.
