I ordered 6 pcs of light bulb from supplier. Supplier send me 6 in one box. Unfortunately wrong items. They accept return But Lazada request to send back 6 pcs in 6 separarte airwaybill. I did not aware and put it in one airway with exactly the supplier send me in a box. But system shows that I only returned one pcs not 6 pcs since I did not use out the returned airwaybill generated by Lazada. It is so stupid process I never saw it. I need to call up to request correction. Whole process consume me a lot of time without get right goods as well as handling their stupid returned process. It makes no sense for me to buy again from Lazada.
