We have had the most horrible experience ever! Over 2 weeks, with our Money 842.00 gone and not returned! The language barrier was so bad, even with texting. Michael Dee, rushed every conversation, called me at work, stated I agreed to. I still dont know what! We agreed it was a huge miscommunication and they would return my money... 2 weeks later... I called today and Eddie, tells me. As well my money will be returned 24-48 hrs...this is what they keep telling me. Please! Use better customer service with more English speaking.or even Clearer english speaking representatives... Im still waiting for my rent money back... Warning. Just say no
