My story started 8 months ago with over 5k purchase. Expected delays with Covid, not an issue. First delivery had broken dresser and stained suede couch (2 of 4 items bad). 2nd was a bed delivery without hardware, left open box and stuff everywhere for "white glove service" (SCAM). Sent hardware days later for myself to assemble. 3rd delivery, nothing on the truck sorry you waisted your day off work. 4th, called in the morning to inform me again that there was no furniture to deliver. 5th rescheduled for Xmas eve (or 3 weeks later) dresser showed up cracked. 6th, was for dresser replacement but that was a damaged item too. 7th, another attempted replacement, top was completely broke off. 8th attempt was today, you probably guessed it, another damaged dresser. Customer service is useless. Take your business elsewhere; I will be. Quality is less than expected, the floor models are much nicer, I went back and looked again. They felt more sturdy and defiantly had better hinges and hardware compared to what they put on mine. Garbage company, garbage product.
