Aggravating and frustrating ordeal. Brought my TV here for repair in April 2019; needed LED's replacement. Got runaround and excuses for 5 MONTHS! I kept calling weekly and every week was a different excuse. Joe kept promising me "ready next week for sure" Was never ready, only got more made up excuses and stories about why it still wasn't done. Was always someone else's fault: Fed Ex delivery guy, Parts Distributor sent the wrong parts / defective parts, bad weather, need a special tool, stripped a screw and on and on and on. LED replacement should take approximately 2 to 3 weeks on average, mine was there over 20 weeks... ridiculous. When he finally tried the repair into the 6th month he smashed my screen in several places and destroyed my TV. Said the only thing we can do is throw it in the dumpster. TV was filthy and dirty and busted by October 2019. Your nuts if you bring anything in to this place for repair, you'll probably never see it again. I know because that's what happened to me.
