First, my phone, chat and email contact with support was just fantastic. Excellent staff. My dealings with HostGator and Gator.com not so much. Totally messed up. No interchange between the 2 and no clear explanation as to what each one does. What they don't do is work together leaving customer in state of total confusion. Very very poor operation.
