After the first 14 days they said phone was unlocked and good to go, it wasnt. Then they said it would be another 10days. After those 10 days they said it was good to go, it wasnt. So after almost 1 month of wasting time with them they said sorry we cant unlock the phone. Absolutely the worst experience I have had. Dont waste your money with them. Horrible!
