No cancellation. Ordered flowers for a friend and she went on vacation. I emailed 4 days before they were to be delivered and they pretty much told me to bad. So now my friend will come home too $50 worth of dead Rose's. Waste of money. Save yourself the time and frustration an order locally through a local florist.

Don't ever take your vehicle here for any kind of repairs. If the computer don't know whats wrong with your vehicle their ignorant mechanics just throw parts at it till its fixed. Last time i was in it cost me over a grand for a 5 dollar fix.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Will never do business with them again. Because of a medical skin condition I have to wash everything before wearing. They don't take returns after washing.
