Beware of doing business with this company. I ordered an expensive dress and it never arrived. After sending multiple emails and leaving multiple messages with their customer service department (no one answers the phone), I finally received a response. The company will accept no responsibility for the lost package leaving me out $255 with no recourse. USPS says the sender must file the missing package claim.

For a company that sells such expensive clothing, they provide zero customer service and treat their customers horribly.

Products used:
Bought dress. Package never arrived. Call customer service twice No one answered the phone so had to leave a message. No one ever returned calls. Also sent multiple emails. Finally someone answered my email days later. She said that as soon as their package is given to a shipping company, their responsibility ends and they won't do anything about the missing package. But because I wasn't the sender, I have no mailing receipt and cannot file a claim with USPS. So I am out $255 and Johnny Was customer service clearly could not care a bit. Really nice way to treat your customers given how expensive your clothing is.
