I bought two maternity clothing items as Christmas gifts on Nov. 11 and had them shipped to me to give to my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She opened them on Christmas Day and unfortunately, neither one fit. When I called Motherhood Maternity to find out how to start a return or exchange I was told they could not help me since it was more than 30 days since the date of purchase. But they are Christmas gifts! So I emailed Motherhood Maternity twice and no reply! I have never heard of a store with a worse exchange policy and such disregard for their customers. I will never shop there again :(
