Very bad customer service, I sent a cancelation request 3 times on different dates before my flight departure from Taipei to Shanghai bc of the CoronaVirus outbreak. They never bothered to reply, so I wasn't able to cancel my flight before the take off, and now they refuse to help me with a refund. Their explanation was they had too many coronavirus related cases, so didn't have time to get back to me. I just can't justify their terrible customer service, and will never book with them again.
