I've have some issue with a deduction from my account. It was my fault without knowing accepting projects on freelancer platform. But help desk agent her name was Celestine D chat with me and instantly reverse the payment after understanding the scenario. I would say it was the best customer service I've ever got from a foreign site. Gave me some tips how to handle such situations in future. Finally thanks again for your humble support.
