Such thing does not exist.

Your payment is only released to the seller after you confirm* satisfactory condition of your purchase. You can also track the progress of your delivery at anytime.

This is also a LIE:

3. Delivery Protection
If you do not receive your purchase within the stated delivery time** (60 days maximum), a full refund will be offered.

The support does literally NOTHING - only polite smalltalk. The dispute system is tragic.
