I ordered a Balenciaga hourglass croc bag online, a FAKE bag was delivered to me, I immediately went to their closest store, I was told to call customer service and that return can not be processed in store, after 20 minutes on the phone and pictures of the Fake bag emailed to them, I was given a prepaid shipping label to return the bag and says to except refund in 15 business days. Two weeks later I received the same bag in the mail saying the bag can't to be refunded because they didn't sell it to me. SCAMMERS!
