“3 year old order never completed”

I placed an order for a $10 gift card and they never sent it. Everytime i asked for it to be sent they would claim it was out of stock and would contact me when it was in stock. THIS WAS THREE YEARS OLD. They then claim that my account was hacked and will cancel my order. Scammers dont give them your money.
